Sister of Struthers' gunman talks about mental illness

The sister of Struthers' gunman Brandon Schmitt is speaking out. Schmitt is the man ultimately shot and killed by a SWAT team after a 13 hour standoff.  Heidi Hoffman says there are still a number of unanswered questions surrounding his death. But the main focus is the issue of "mental illness" and how she hopes her family's tragedy may save someone else's life.
