More details emerge on fatal crash in Hermitage

Hermitage Police have finished their investigation of the motor vehicle accident that left one dead on Friday, February 8.   Police say that the crash occurred after the driver attempted to pull over the vehicle during an argument with the front seat passenger, Matthew Womer.
