Description: <p>The Harambee (ha-rahm-bay) Youth Program is a cultural, educational, and recreational program which promotes racial harmony and provides African and African-American cultural performances for people of all races. The word &ldquo;Harambee&rdquo; is a Swahili word which means &ldquo;let&rsquo;s all pull together.&rdquo;</p>
