Suspect in custody after allegedly kidnapping his mentally disabled brother

A man has been arrested after allegedly kidnapping his mentally disabled brother Friday afternoon.  The suspect was wanted for kidnapping and motor vehicle theft after he allegedly took his mentally disabled brother and a van without permission from the area of Janate Avenue in Orwell at around 1:00 p.m. According to a press release from the Orwell Police Department, when they spoke with the suspect on the phone he advised he didn't know where his brother was or ...
