New trends for Valentine's Day

A new survey shows that fewer Americans say they will celebrate Valentine's Day, but those who say they will plan on spending more to mark the day of Love. The most recent consumer survey by the National Retail Federation shows that only 51 percent of American say they plan to celebrate Valentine's Day.
