Victims identified in fatal I-80 crash, alcohol believed to be a factor

The Ohio State Highway Patrol has identified the victims from the double fatal accident on I-80 Saturday morning.  The two-car crash happened in the westbound lane in Braceville Township at around 1:45 a.m.  Gerald Steven Bemis, 50, of Frederick Maryland was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes in a 1999 Accord and struck Guilberta Rivera Ortiz, 42, of Cleveland and her passenger in a 1997 Toyota Camry head-on.  Bemis and Ortiz both sustained fatal in...
