Citizens in Newton Falls asked to conserve water

The Newton Falls Water Department is asking that citizens conserve water Saturday.  The Department says they're asking citizens to conserve due to technical issues at the water plant.  Representatives from the Newton Falls Water plant tell 21 News, that residents should conserve all day today, but should be fine tomorrow.
