After only a year and a half, the Howland Medical Center is adding a second floor.  With this growth, the facility will have 12 primary care providers on staff, allowing for even more personalized healthcare.  The facility houses primary care doctors, ear, nose and throat surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, physiatrists, rehabilitation physicians.
