Warren officials set meeting to re-evaluate snow response plan

Warren City Council says it's time to act after a slew of complaints from residents about how their streets were - or weren't - cleared after last weekend's snowstorm. 21 News talked to Jessica Hipple, whose dead-end street is completely blocked off because of plowed snow that she says the city hasn't cleared.
