Utilities agreed on for TJX in Lordstown

Lordstown's Board of Public Affairs agreed on utilities for the future TJX Distribution Center Tuesday.  The Halleck Young Road facility will have its utilities run through the Trumbull County wastewater system.  The 11 homes located on Ellsworth-Baily Road, however, will have to have their systems hooked up to the Lordstown Line instead of the county's.  The reasoning for this was that one of the sewer system lines would have run right through TJX, so it was decided...
