Former Boardman Toys R Us building sold for $1.5 million

The building which housed Toys R Us on State Route 224 in Boardman for decades has been sold.  According to the Mahoning County Auditor's website, the property on Boardman Poland Road sold for $1.5 million to Trilogy Realty, LLC on January 4.  The 5.9-acre property became available after Toys R Us closed last June, following the company declaring bankruptcy in late 2017.
