Counselors helping classmates of Howland third-grader killed in crash

A crisis intervention team was assembled at Howland’s H.C. Mines Elementary School to help students and staff who needed help coping with the loss of a third-grade classmate. Ten-year-old Chloe Trupa died late Monday in a two-car crash in Geauga County along with her father, 72-year-old James Gray of Howland and 48-year old Anthony O’Malley of Warren.
