Don't get me wrong, I really like the idea, I just don't want to see anyone getting into trouble.  ::) ;D

The idea was to dump the trash as it was found.  At least the trash won't be scattered around the yard like it was at the vacant home.

;) Another good idea so long as the trash is bagged, after all, you wouldn't want to be charged with littering or illegal dumping. ;D

A member of our block watch came up with this idea.

Take the trash from a vacant home, load it onto a dump truck, and then empty it on the driveway of the owner of the vacant property.

Jim Campbell filling in for Dan Rivers came up with a great idea concerning trash and litter on city owned property.

Gather it all up in trash bags and drop it off in front of City Hall with a note saying where the trash was gathered from and saying that if the city doesn’t do on its property what it expects us to do on ours that more bags if trash will follow.
