New Wilmington eatery seeks liquor license

In the quaint small town of New Wilmington the horse and buggies sometimes outnumber cars.   This old Amish community has always been dry, meaning, for the most part, there are no alcohol sales here. The owners of the Tavern on the Square restaurant want to change that.  They say times have changed.
