Man charged in Howland Christmas shooting

A little bit after 2 am on Christmas morning there was a shooting in Howland that left one hospitalized.  According to the 911 dispatch call, there was a fight between two males on the 1000 block of Rosewood Dr. in Howland Township.   One male was shot in the hand and it was unknown who shot the gun during the argument.  The victim was transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital.  The condition of the victim is unknown and it is unknown if police have a sus...
