Semi-truck rolls over, leaks diesel fuel in Columbiana County

A semi-truck carrying diesel fuel lost control and rolled over causing fuel to leak between New Waterford and East Palestine. According to officials, the accident happened at the intersection of 558 and State Route 46. Authorities expect the road to be closed for some time and are asking drivers to avoid the area. A 21 News crew is heading to the scene. Stick with us for updates.
