ICU Blockwatch hosts its "Chili" event

The ICU Blockwatch is hosting their "Chili" event today at Conroy's Party Shop on 3518 South Avenue in Youngstown.  The event will take place on Dec. 16 from 1 pm until 3 pm. The ICU Blockwatch will be giving out free chili and also providing free coats, hats, and gloves.
