Why is Bob Hagan Defending Louis Frangos?

Bob Hagan made such  beautiful pleas last night on tv in coming to the defense of Louis Frangos in regards to why everyone in the city of Youngstown was beating up Mr. Frangos for not boarding up the windows on the Stambaugh Building.

What Bob Hagan didn't tell you on tv last night if you check the Secretary of State Website for political contributions you will find Mr. Frangos gave Bob's brother Tim Hagan a $2,400 campaign contribition on 8/18/2002 when Tim was running for
Governor.

Bob Hagan,,,,,he'll defend you if you hand out political donations, but he won't help bring jobs to the poor, middle, and working class of the 60th district.
