Driver sentenced in I-680 ODOT worker death

The driver charged with hitting and killing an ODOT worker in March on I-680 was sentenced to probation on Monday. 74-year-old Daniel Bondi was found guilty of a misdemeanor vehicular homicide charge for the death of 54-year-old John Pasko. Pasko was clearing brush when he was struck by Bondi's vehicle. Pasko was pushed into a piece of equipment and later pronounced dead at the scene.  Bondi pleaded no contest at the Monday hearing.
