GoFundMe set up for New Castle teen killed in accidental shooting

A Go-Fund Me page has been set up for the New Castle teen who police say was accidentally shot and killed by another teen Saturday morning.  According to officials, 15-year-old Zachary Mulford died after being hit by a bullet that accidentally fired when 19-year-old Kyle Harris was clearing the chamber of a gun.
