Boulevard Block Watch Resident Wins Costume Contest

I've seen a lot of forums where you can choose a smiley, actually a large group of smileys holding signs that say:

"This thread is worthless without pics!"

I really wasn't expecting a picture of the winner in costume. It would have been nice to see but no big deal so I wouldn't post that particular smiley even if it was available here.

On the other hand, I would like to be able to post the smileys holding signs saying "This thread is worthless without a description!"

A resident of the Boulevard Block Watch won first place in a costume contest held during the live performance of the Good Humor Players tonight.  The show took place at the Tyler Historical Center and featured two old-time radio programs.
