Another contributing factor may be that the warm weather season is here, so some folks
might be taking some vacation time to enjoy the good weather....

People are now less likely to attend meetings because of the high price of gas.  I've noticed the decline in attendance since the beginning of May.

Could this be the end of volunteerism in Youngstown?
