Lockdown lifted at YSU after suspect turns himself in to police

The Youngstown State University Campus, as well as St. E's, Ursuline High School, The Youngstown Diocese, the main branch of the Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County, and Ohio Living Park Vista, are on lockdown while police investigate an incident on campus.
