Citizen Files Complaint Against Councilmen

A Youngstown resident has filed a complaint in the 7th District Court of Appeals against Youngstown's third ward and sixth ward councilmen.  Besides serving on Youngstown City Council, both councilmen also work for Mahoning County government.

Opinion
There aren't enough jobs in our community.  It seems unfair if a person holds two well-paid government jobs at the same time.
