Ron Verb made a good attempt to get people out to this hearing.  Only about sixty people attended.

Apathy?

Several area school districts sent a representative to give testimony about the adverse effects the rate increase would have on the school system's budget.

No one attended from the Youngstown Board of Education.
Neither the Mayor of Youngstown nor any of the councilmen attended the hearing.
