For a refusal of the voters of Mahoning County to pass a half penny sales tax this county is in crisis, and there is the distinct possibility that the state will come in and force it on us.

What is the reason why the voters keep playing games with this issue?

I sure would like to hear some good reason why those opposed to the sales tax are so willing to see the county put in the position where a sales tax could be imposed on us by state mandate which would prevent us from voting it down in the next election.
