Youngstown Propane on Meridian used to take tanks.  You could call them.

The previous owners left us with an old gas grill propane tank that can't be refilled. We live in Boardman and want to get rid of it, either by giving it away-not sure if anything is left in it-or dispose of it. How can we do it,preferably for free?
