A Permanent Race Hill for the Soap Box Derby

A Cleveland group did that in an area of empty land not far from downtown and the local public park:

They did an awesome job, but I think they had a ton of financial support.

A group of residents would like to construct a permanent racing facility for the local soap box derby.  An existing city park would be the preferred location.
