According to today's Business Journal (2/16/05) the final hurtle has been cleared for P&P Partnership to restore the Wells Building and Armed Forces building downtown.

"We're close to wrapping this [financing] up and the scope of the project is unchanged," she said.

Key Bank is loaning P&P $1.7 million for the project.
