I hope that everyone has a block watch in their neighborhood.  A successful block watch can often respond to high grass complaints by organizing a grass cutting crew to handle high grass problems.

If you are not an active member of a block watch, call the high grass hotline to have a problem property placed on the city's grass cutting list.
