mike rulli missed three debates to inform the voters about his positions on education, environment , healthcare and human rights issues. he had tracey winbush speaking on his behalf at the the local chapter league of women voters in which she used this format to express her opinions half of the time and the other rulli's positions. rulli speaks on both sides of his mouth when it comes to public education. winbush said he supports public education one hundred percent with ed choice added to public education.  ed choice is charter schools, vouchers and on line schools. the three mentioned are they in good standing with the  Ohio dept of education precepts?
