Northside Hospital

You folks on this board are generally a lot more knowledgeable and level-headed than those on the Vindy forums, so I have to ask: Is Northside Hospital closing or not?

The Business Journal recently reported that Forum's plan was to sell TMH and use that money to restructure Northside, but that didn't show up in any other media.  I believe that Northside should probably be downsized a bit and restructured but I don't feel it should close.  Such a move would be very detrimental to the Mahoning Valley in a number of ways.
