ATTENTION YOUNGSTOWN RESIDENTS
UPDATE REGARDING GRASS (& POTHOLES)
As per our Commissioner of Buildings & Grounds-
[/color][/size]Just wanted to touch base and update on contact info and the high grass program. We currently have 8 independent contractors cutting the high grass at the vacant homes that started service Thursday May 17. Our plan is to keep the same contractors in a specific area through out the whole season. We have 7-10 street dept. tractors cutting the vacant lots currently focusing on main roads and we should be getting into the neighborhoods early next week weather permitting.

So is the reason the grass is not getting at these abandon houses is because the City will not hire YNDC???
Its getting pretty bad in our neighborhood. I am pretty sure the grass would have to be weed wacked before cut, due to the height..

Would RUBY come in and let neighborhood groups use the equipment??
