I'm glad you mentioned this.  Most outdoor fencing on the sidewalks along West Federal Street is damaged and in some instances pieces of the patio fence are missing. 

It looks bad.   ::)

Was in downtown today and noticed all the eateries with outside fencing for dining are all damaged. Railings falling apart.....gates broken, fences bent and leaning over. Not very attractive or inviting......If you are going to have outdoor seating you need to keep up with the maintenance......
