Mass transit is the backbone for seniors, stds, and medical ly impaired people to remain independent from their family and friends.

I suspect that most riders don't take advantage of these coupons.

I'm sure all bus riders pay the sales tax when they shop in Mahoning County.

So anyone can get 5 free tickets. Those that pay hardly anything of what the ride actually costs to begin with and those of us that pay the rest of that actual cost through taxes. Taxes which are now permanent which will probably not be enough in a couple of years causing a vote on even additional taxes to keep them going.

I'm pretty sure, unfortunately, that I'm part of a small group.

I was in Anaheim CA month ago and the bus system was awesome. 1.50 senior citizen s and 5.00 dollars all day until midnight seven days a week. No need to lease a car
