Youngstown Symphony Chorus is welcoming new members until March 13, 2007 to perform in the upcoming spring program.  Rehearsals are Tuesdays, 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. in the Austintown Fitch High School Choral Music Room.  Call (330) 881-9517 or visit the Chorus' website at ysc-online.org for more information regarding membership. The spring program will feature opera choruses by Verdi, Puccini and Offenbach and other classical works by Beethoven and Britten.  The opportunity to audition for solo performances will be available.  The concert will take place on May 19, 2007 at 7 p.m. at St. John Episcopal Church on Wick Avenue in Youngstown.
