Not So Smart Letter Carrier

Was there any damage to the contents? I'm fortunate, all of our mail boxes are in the lobby and if there is a package, the mail man or lady will bring it to the person's apartment. We always get our mail between 9:00 am and 10:00 am every day so if we need to talk to the carrier we can catch them in the lobby.

During the rain this afternoon, the letter carrier made his rounds without using an umbrella.  The mail delivered to my mailbox was all wet.  Even worse, a package was left leaning against the house and the cardboard container was also soaking wet.
