This may be of interest to some Forum members who visit downtown Youngstown.

Chemical Bank, on the ground floor of International Tower at 25 Market Street,  has a special 18-Month CD rate of 1.75 for a minimum deposit of $100.  From what I've heard, this rate has not been advertised in the local newspaper.
