Fireworks In Youngstown

It's a little past 9:00 p.m. in Youngstown and the loud fireworks have already started in my neighborhood.

Every years it's the same thing with fireworks being shot off days prior and days after the 4th of July.

I wish this would stop.  The elderly, pets, sleeping babies, and men with PTSD are all affected by the loud noises,
