Mahoning Avenue Arch Upgrade

This is the same bridge on which huge icicles form over the west bound lane each winter.  Steps can easily be taken to prevent the formation of the icicles.   Now would be a good time to eliminate the ice formation problem.

I hope that when they install the lights to the arch that they first sandblast it clean so that it looks really nice.
