Rudabaga's are not turnips. Both are available at Giant Eagle. I also like turnips and parsnips, staples for people from Pennsylvania. Buttered Parsnips make for a great meal with pork roast. You Ohio people must be pickey eaters. LOL

I have attended many local farmers' markets.  Rarely does anyone sell turnips.  The reason is most area residents don't eat them.
