Crisis (?) For The Garden District Neighborhood Association

If no one is willing to step forward to fill officers' positions, maybe they should return to the more informal structure that they used to have, without any officers at all.

At the Garden District's Wednesday meeting, it was announced that the election of officers would take place in April of 2017.  All the current officers stated that they were not willing to run again.  Most officers already served for eight years.  Those in attendance were asked to run for office and not a single person was willing to step forward to run the organization.
