Neglected Borts Recreation Area

The fourth ward councilman claims that the Borts complex has been leased to a rugby team.  The team is responsible for maintaining the property.

I've heard some complaints today about the Borts Field/Recreation Area.  Evidently the city is not cutting the grass and high weeds have grown up everywhere.

I might pass this area today and will verify if the complaint is valid.
