Local people moan and complain how local control was taken away, yet there is so much apathy that not a single parent will get off their butt.  Typical modern day Youngstown.

The only ones who seem to do anything are the wacko Luddite anti-everythings.

The CEO of the Youngstown School System, Krish Mohip, recently held a meeting at East High School for the parents of the students.

No parents showed up.     :P
