In our neighborhood, we have a garden at which residents claim a plot and plant, maintain and harvest the vegetables they planted there.  Today, a man ,not from the neighborhood, drove up to the garden and was in the process of picking vegetables that weren't his to harvest.  Resident gardeners had noticed that garlic and onions had been missing recently.  Now we know who probably took them.
