Cb can do a citizens's initiative petition to change the charter. I voted against the amendment to give the mayor unlimited terms in the last charter review recommendations a city charter change.

Nothing new was said.  He was unhappy that the mayor appointed all of the charter commission members and then the commission would not revisit term limits for the position of mayor.
