But the tiny dead end street next to the Golden Dawn, with two houses on it was repaved two years ago!

Many of the streets in downtown Youngstown need to be repaved.  Just drive on Federal Street through Central Square and you will see for yourself.   Another bumpy area is West Front Street near the Mahoning County Courthouse.  The uneven pavement is also a hazard for pedestrians using crosswalks.
