"Defund Mill Creek Park!"

That's right, most of the revenue as I understand it for Mill Creek comes from property taxes; and most of the taxes come from the largest landowners, who are not in Youngstown nor the suburbs but the rural farm areas.  Many of the large taxpayers don't even visit Mill Creek and benefit from oil and gas royalties which assist them in paying property taxes.  They look at the 4000 acres that is Mill Creek and ask themselves why should I fund the inner city park when they are too dumb to fund themselves.  Defund Mill Creek!!!
