That is fantastic! 

Yet another vacant downtown building that is back in use, and filling up fast.....

The thing that really caught my attention in the story was the rents.  A one bedroom apartment in
THIS market (Suburban MD/Washington DC)  goes for about the same monthly rent as Mr. Marchionda's
one bedroom units in the Wick Tower.

The fact that some of the tenants are YSU students says that there is still a healthy market for off campus
housing and that some of the students obviously must have the money.  Staying at one of the dorms on
campus is not all that cheap any more.
