SUBMISSION INFORMATION
They have an open submissions policy. YSU
undergraduate and graduate students, faculty/staff,
alumni, as well as the general public, may submit their
poetry, fiction, non-fiction, photography and other
artwork.  Send submissions to
penguinreview@yahoo.com

Please make sure to include:
--Name
--Contact Information (address, phone, email)
--Title
--Affiliation (YSU undergraduate student, YSU or
NEOMFA graduate student, YSU faculty/staff, or
general public)

                 DEADLINE:  December 18, 2006
Acceptance/Rejection letters will be sent via e-mail by
April 1, 2007.

Artwork and Photography:
They accept work at the Penguin Review office during
office hours.
